Description

A serene retreat in one of the best spots of Tinos, with 12,000 square meters of natural garden, located on a private peninsula, surrounded by the Aegean sea, only 4 minutes walking distance to the beach and 2 km drive to the port of Tinos. Ideally situated summer duplex house, in traditional Cycladic style, with breathtaking panoramic view of the sea provides our guests with privacy and tranquility.

There is a nearby sandy beach which is ideal for children with calm clear waters. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also available.

This lovely house has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4-6 persons. It is on 2 levels, the first comprised of the living room with fireplace, the dining area and the kitchen and the second includes 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and a WC. There is also a pull out couch in the living room so extra sleeping arrangements can be made when needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. TV and DVD can be provided upon request.

The seaside views are wonderful as are the evening sunsets. There is a second adjacent house (the bedrooms are on different levels each with an ensuite bathroom) which can also be rented which makes the property very convenient for 2 families or a group of friends.

You will find this truly ”Greek ” island ideal for your holiday because you can combine culture, swimming, walking, sightseeing and numerous other activities.

Tinos is a particularly interesting island because, except for the main port and its town there are about 40 beautiful villages that are worth visiting. There are museums and cultural events and wonderful paths for walking and hiking.

Of course there are many beaches but it is also a beautiful island to visit at times other than the summertime.

For those of you who enjoy different cuisines there are many restaurants with delicious traditional Greek food.

Tinos is very easy to get to from the ports of Rafina and Pireas and is also close to many other Greek islands so the location enables you to do some island hopping. Some of the near by islands are Myconos, Andros, Paros, Milos, Naxos and a little further away Santorini.

Getting around

The house is walking distance to Tinos Town and the beach. A car is not needed but is definitely convenient. There is a bus stop down the road from our house with buses running every 30 minutes during the summer. There are also taxis available.

How do damage deposits work?
