Nearby Public park, kids’ play ground, waterfront park & trails, beach to swim & river for fishing are the unique features of this place. We are 5 star Superhost in Airbnb.

Great peaceful, calm & quiet space, fully laminated townhouse, 3 bedrooms are:

-Rm #1 at 3/F: ~9’x18’ w/ full bathroom;

-Rm #2 at 3/F: ~12’x10’ w/ full bathroom;

-Rm #3 at G/F: ~ 15.3’x11’ w/ washroom.

-The kitchen and huge living room are occupied the full area of 2nd floor. The huge sun deck (10’x16’) is also on 2nd floor.

Brand new furnitures, newly decorated, living room with sofa, additional chairs & TV; open concept kitchen with all cooking accessories; dinning space with dinning table & chairs. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hot water pot and Tea/coffee are also available in the kitchen.

Lake (Lake Ontario) view and high fence protected sun deck with patio set and BBQ machine to enjoy summer.

Two car parking garage with the house for free parking. Steps to the Go train parking lot and public park parking lot for free parking as well.

Steps to the public park, children play ground with water park, beach, waterfront trails and waterfront park with beautiful seating areas for relax.

Few mins drive to rough beach for swimming with children and rough river for fishing. In conclusion, this is a great peaceful house to stay with family & children, relax and explore the greater Toronto area.

Super close to Rough Hill Go train station making travelling extremely convenient everywhere in the city, only 35 mins to Downtown by this Go Train. Few mins walk to TTC bus station, toward Scarborough shopping mall, to Toronto University Scarborough Campus & also to underground metro trains. Steps to food corner with Pizza pizza, KFC, Subway, LCBO and others; 4/5 mins drive to HWY 401, Tim Hortons and McDonalds. TD & Scotia bank and Nofrills are on the way to 401. Few mins drive on Lawrence toward east for Rough Beach and Rough River. Rough beach is for swimming and rough river is a great place for fishing.

Lock box check in. The password will be provided before check in time. Entire house is for the Guests. The host is not staying there, but always available for help. The guest can use everywhere and everything of the house including two car parking garage; sofa, dining table & all chairs in living room; patio set & BBQ machine on deck; cooking accessories, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Tea/coffee in kitchen; iron and iron board near kitchen. The rooms are with TV, hot water pot, Tea/ Coffee and the seating area to work with laptop. Children has ample space with many toys and books in the living room to play. The living room also equipped with TV. TVs are with rogers’ cable service and Netflix to enjoy movies.

How do damage deposits work?

If Litly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
