Located in the heart of Yorkville on Yorkville Avenue, Cozy is perfectly located to offer its residents the very best of city living. Located just north of the intersection of Yonge and Bloor, residents can take advantage of some of the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The building is one of the most prestigious, and luxurious in Yorkville.

A stroll west leads to the shops of Bloor Street, while a walk south takes residents to College Park, which is home to a large Metro, the Eaton Centre and numerous restaurants and theatres.

To travel further afield in an environmentally friendly way, residents also have access to the TTC at both the Rosedale subway station and the Young&Bloor subway station.

The Condo:

Cozy is part of a 36-story glass/concrete high rise located on Yorkville Avenue, just north of Bloor. The building has world-class amenities and is state of the art.
