Description

Clean and beautiful 450ft2 (+150ft2 deck) home tucked away in popular Leslieville will make your heart swoon and your vacation flawless. A 3 min walk from Queen St. streetcar stop (15 min. ride to downtown), and Coxwell bus stop, which takes you right to the Bloor-Danforth Subway line. Our unit is the 2nd floor of a house and includes a large deck with a standup hammock and seating area. 10 min. walk from Toronto's renound Ashbridges Bay Beach. Steps away from local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The unit includes a large desk and printer available if you need to get some work done. There is also a closet and dresser for organization, as well as coat/ shoe rack in entrance. There is a washing and drying machine in the bathroom along with a steamer available for your use with cleaning detergent provided. There is also a blow dryer provided for your use if needed. Full size fridge/ freezer and all appliances included. Please inquire for any more information!

We try to keep the noise down during weekday nights as our neighbours work early mornings- weekend nights are free to be loud.
Our neighbours do have dogs and we share the alley entrance way.
Please keep things clean/ be respectful of the space.
There is on site laundry with detergent available for use.
Balcony comes equipt with freestanding hammock.
TV with cable and Amazon Alexa available.

Why can't I call Jessica (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jessica (the owner) a message.

If Jessica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
