The apartment is very central- walking distance to Allen Gardens Park, the Gay Village, Toronto Eaton Centre, Kensington Market, Yorkville, Chinatown, Little Italy and Little India!

You’ll be near the retail core of downtown Toronto, which has fabulous dining and shopping options. Here are a few nearby restaurants:

The Blake House- burgers, steaks, etc.

Fushimi- Japanese sushi and teppanyaki

Jinya Ramen Bar- delicious ramen

Ready for some Toronto-style nightlife? You can walk or catch public transit to tons of different bars and nightclubs- feel free to ask for recommendations!

Getting Around:

The studio is about 35 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport. We’re happy to arrange private transportation for you, or you can take the Pearson UP Express train (quick and easy, plus free WiFi!) to Union Station.

From there, you can take an Uber or a taxi for about $10, or take the Subway/TTC. Just hop on Subway Line 1 to College Station, then take the 506 streetcar to Jarvis St.

Once you arrive, you can easily walk to many top downtown attractions, or use Toronto’s stellar public transit system to get around. 24-hour service brings you to your doorstep- the 506 streetcar stops right in front of the townhouse complex!

Renting a car or bringing your own? Paid street parking available along Jarvis and in the Green P parking lot, which is about a minute’s walk away. No parking available on site.

Other Things to Note:

The studio is on a lower level, so you’ll have to climb down a few steps to get to the front door.

No parking available at the complex, but paid street parking available.

Please respect the neighbors (this is a residential complex)- no loud music after 10pm.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
