Noble is part of a 36-story glass/concrete high rise located on Yorkville Avenue, just north of Bloor. The building has world class amenities, and is state of the art.

With 700 square feet of floor space, and a large balcony, Noble is great for entertaining. It is a very spacious 1 bedroom plus den with an amazing layout. This 7th floor suite features a bright east view, looking over the city.

No expense was spared on this very modern unit! It features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, marble bathroom floors, hardwood flooring throughout, 9 foot ceilings, and so much more! This unit is the crème de la crème, and will truly take your breath away.

The building is one of the most prestigious, in the area.

A stroll south down Yonge Street leads to the shops of Bloor Street, while a walk south takes residents to College Park, which is home to a large Metro, the Eaton Centre and numerous restaurants and theatres.
