If you are looking for luxury living in the most desirable location in Toronto, this is the place to stay. Located in Yorkville across the street from the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. This trendy, upscale condo is a 657 square foot 1 bedroom unit with 4piece ensuite bathroom, separate den and powder room that boosts fabulous unobstructed south views from the 12th floor. The unit offers Hardwood Floors, Balcony, Stainless Steel Appliances, Bosch Dishwasher, Granite Countertops, top of the line Washer and Dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, Underground Parking, Separate Den with Custom Built-Ins and French Doors. The living and dining area are comfortably/beautifully/elegantly furnished with leather and glass.

The building offers a newly renovated and expanded gym facilities (to be completed in November 2014) and 24hr concierge.

The condo is surrounded by Outdoor Cafes and 5-Star restaurants, and is central to getting to theatres, Eaton Centre, concerts, festivals and TIFF theatres. The condo is one block to the high end gourmet store Pusateris Market where you can buy gourmet foods ready to serve or enjoy French pastries and coffee in their restaurant, 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, or take out from a variety of restaurants within 2 blocks including Caffe Di Portici (a taste of Italy in the heart of Yorkville) in the building.

The condo is situated in Yorkville which is one of Canada’s most exclusive shopping areas and home to some of Toronto's most expensive condominiums. With its upscale shopping, restaurants, and the first five star hotel in Canada it is the area where people want to stay when they are looking for luxury in the city. Yorkville is Toronto’s most celebrated neighbourhoods of style and culture full of designer boutiques, restaurants and cafes, 5-star hotels and world class galleries. The Bloor and Yonge Street subway line (major north/south and east/west subway/metro) is located a 5 minute walk away. The condo is also conveniently located 2 miles (or less than 3.5K) away from the Entertainment District that is a quick taxi ride or metro/subway trip away.
