Elegant and unique, our 2-levels penthouse offers the perfect retreat mixed with the convenience of being in the middle of downtown Toronto - in the highly sought-after Yorkville district! We recommend our space to anyone who places importance on location and comfort!

Situated in a victorian style building on a peaceful, tree-lined street, it’s a great place for families and couples to share while visiting Toronto. This penthouse suite is sunny and elegant with large skylights + 16 ft cathedral ceiling above the living area and kitchen and access to the large deck with seating for an afternoon barbecue! It also has one bedroom on each level, each with it’s own ensuite bath. This property is perfect for a little privacy, or spending some time together while entertaining guests!

While the property is perfect for 4 guests, there is also extra room to accommodate larger groups comfortably! With a couch that folds out into a queen bed, as well as the extendable dining table, you can comfortably fit another 4 guests for a maximum of 8 total guests.

Once you’re ready to go out, you’ll find that you’re within walking distance to everything you could ever wish to find during your stay, including the 400+ retailers & restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, all within walking distance or conveniently located nearby. Our walkscore is maxed out at 100%!

**This suite is professionally managed, so the space is completely yours for the time you are here, we provide toiletries, high quality sheets & towels as well as high speed internet and cable television. The closets are clear to allow space for your belongings during your stay! Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home!**

IMPORTANT NOTES: this suite is often rented out on a long-term basis, and the monthly rate is highly reduced as compared to the rate we charge on a nightly basis. We enjoy having short-term guests, but we will not accept the booking too far ahead of time so as to accommodate our long-term tenants.

Additionally, if you only require one room, we can close off the lower part of the suite, or arrange for you to share. There is also the option to be put in one of the smaller suites in the same building if one is available.

Also, there is no on-site parking, but there are several affordable options including $14/day parking across the house,

surface parking about a block away or buying a parking pass from the city ($20.60)-- their office is at 100 Queen St W (City Hall)!

Getting around

We are a 3 min walk to Yonge/Wellesley subway/5 mins walk to Yonge/Bloor subway. Prime location! There are always taxi circulating around, you can always easily grab one. Ask us for the taxi #, they will be waiting for you at the door in 5 mins! Or you can use UBER, if you have the app on your cell phone! Car is not necessary in this location, as we have everything you need within walking distance!

Interaction with guest

Dear guests, We will try our best to hand you the keys and check you in personally. We will contact you before your arrival date to confirm your arrival time. If not possible to meet you in person, we also provide self-check in lockbox. We will leave the keys (one for main door and one for unit #5) in our lockbox with yellow smile face at the front railing. So if you need to check in very late or very early, it would not be a problem. We will be available during your stay, as we have a property manager nearby. You can always add us on What's Up or other social media. The name is Yonge Maison Suites.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annie (the owner) a message.

If Annie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
