Description

Riverdale home has 3 bedrooms and each of them has its own full bathroom and two of them facing the backyard and garden have a set of doors walking out to a large size of the newly built cedar wood balconies. Another bedroom facing east/a quiet small street and you can see the beautiful sunrise from the window. There are two skylights in the house, so the house is filled with light. Hardwood floors throughout, Custom light fixtures in every room. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook and dine. The sliding door in the dining room opens to the backyard deck. There is a swing chair for you to relax and there is also outdoor furniture in the backyard for you to drink your coffee or eat your meal.

The house is located on a small and quiet street in the heart of the Riverdale area of Toronto. Walk to everything, you don't need a car because public transportation is at your door step. However, if you do need a car, there is a free parking spot at the back of the house through the backyard gate. There are 2 grocery stores and a shopping mall within a 5 minute walk. 24 hour streetcar/tram is within a 5 minute walk. Pape Subway is a within walking distance from the house, but you can take the route 72 bus which is one minute walk away. Withrow Park, Riverdale Park, Riverdale Farm, Greektown, a small China town, and a Farmer?s market (in the Summer and Fall), excellent schools are all within walking distance.

The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor( 10x17) , one queen bed with high quality mattress, 100% cotton linen. Graco protable baby crib, a full bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the backyard and garden. A built-in closet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
