Spacious & Bright this Modern Brand new Executive suite is located in a prestigious neighborhood. Yonge & Eglington near Lawrence park close by Sherwood Park, near Eglington Subway station. Quiet, Secure & Friendly a minutes away from everything.

A beautiful modern and newly renovated 1 bedroom + apartment. Really spacious, this apartment is full of natural sunlight and decorated with love.

Fully furnished. Walking distance to Subway, Parks and Ravine. Linens and Towels included. Unlimited WiFi. LED TVs & Netflix.

- 1 Bedroom with Queen size bed, large closet and a LED 50" TV

- Bathroom with a very big glass shower all in white.

- On-site Laundry room.

- Kitchen fully furnished with brand new electric oven and fridge.

- The very large countertop offert 1 one setting place.

- 6 places Dinning room.

- Living room with sofa bed (double), 60"LED TV

- Office space with a large desk

- The DayBed near the office offert space for relaxing and 1 more place for sleeping

Entrance on the side of the house is share with the owner's. A private door for the appartement with numeric key code.

We living in the same building with our two teenager son's. We are a friendly family who love to meet people so if you want to socialize in the back yard over a BBQ or go out running in the park that would be great. If you don't that's fine too. We are a very active and sportive family. Cycling, running skiing, yoga. If you need something we will be more than happy to help you find it; with a smile. But if your prefer less interactive host, we will respect your intimacy and let you in the quiet of you day.

Very close to Sherwood Park the neighbourhood is really quiet, friendly and secure. This park is countryside in the City. We are 4 houses from the Park, and a 8 minute walk to Young Street. Uptown Toronto, offers a host of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, ice cream shops, everything you could want. It's a fabulous neighborhood.

We are a french speaking family from Montréal, newly move in Toronto. We have done a complet make over of the house. It's a brand new one. We have choose this spacious location in Toronto for our family. Our place have a super nice back yard that will be happy to share with our visitors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
