Can't beat this location! Our rental is close to transit, all the sights, and amazing restaurants and bars, but it will feel like you've escaped the city!

Stay in a charming old Victorian house built in 1903 that the Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna of Russia (the last Grand Duchess of Imperial Russia) once spent some time in.

2nd floor of a 3 story house with separate entrance (stairs).

Private apartment with a large patio/deck, dining area & family room, full size laundry, bathroom with tub.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: Queen size, sleeps 2

Canadiana Bedroom: Queen size, sleeps 2

Bay Window Bedroom: Full/Double size, sleeps 2

1 Sofa Bed in family room (sleeps 1 that is under 6 ft tall)

Street parking is available with a permit; host can help provide instructions on acquiring a permit.

We welcome families of all ages: Baby items, such as crib & bassinet (pack and play), playmats, bouncers, baby gates, high chair, Baby Bullet, toys, etc... are available upon request free of charge.

House Rules:

- Not suitable for parties, as host/owner live on premises.

- Please be respectful of neighbours, no excessive noise indoors and outdoors on property.

- No outside visitors without prior approval; maximum 9 people in the home at a time (with approval)

- No Smoking/Vaping

- we love this to place but it may not be appropriate for everyone. If you think you'll be loud this isn't for you. There's little sound proofing in these old homes and someone lives in the unit above and below.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tamara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
