My newest property - please see my other listings/reviews. This Luxury Condo with it's Massive Outdoor Oasis is perfect for Travelers, Business Executives & Families... Designed for people who appreciate quality. The building is situated in the Heart of the Entertainment District and so close to the Financial District too. There's an abundance of Awesome Restaurants, Bars and night clubs. If shopping is your thing, famous Queen Street West is a block away and the Eaton Centre is a 5 min stroll.

The condo is furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... there's even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sun bathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + available roll-away bed for groups of 5 people. 2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy the coffee selection that is provided. Note: We have a spectacular sister property right next door, which boasts 3 bedrooms, plus a roll-away bed if needed, plus another 1000 square foot terrace. The 2 terraces are connected and will be accessible for large groups. The 2 condos hold a total of 12 people.

2. No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the common areas of the condo. If you need to smoke, you can light up outside on the terrace.
3. Lock the door behind you if you are the last person out.
4. Please be conscious of noise in the apartment, hallway and on the terrace.. Please ensure you are quiet after 11:00 to comply with condominium laws and avoid any visits from security/police.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
