Description

This property is a brand new townhome with 3 bedrooms. It is a spacious townhome located in the middle of the city. It has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 washrooms. This house is fully furnished with new beds, sofas and dining table, kitcheneries. Located in the center of Scarborough. Downtown Toronto is just 30-35 mins away. Corner unit with lots of daylight. Good for families and solo groups. Quiet location. Free parking. Wifi and tv with lots of channels.

The space

This space is big enough for large groups, solo groups or families. Even a couple can pass their romantic night in this spacious townhome as a gateway.

This townhome has 3 floors, ground floor has common space ,kitchen and washroom, 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with one hall room and one full bathroom, 3rd floor has a very spacious bedroom with a spacious washroom . Wifi and cable tv is included. I am a superhost for more than 1 year, and I believe in hosting others in efficient way. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutler set.

Cliffside Plaza is 3-4 minutes drive from my place where you can grab almost everything. Scarborough town centre is also nearby. This place can easily accommodate upto 8 people.

Parking is available on street or in garage. Microwave, fridge, dishwasher is available.

Guest access

Host available or self checkin. Parking is available without any extra cost.

Interaction with guests

I am available through out the time for any kind of help during the guest's visit. I am very quick in replying messages.

Other things to note

This townhome complex in newly built and brand new.

Groceries and superstore, LCBO is also very nearby. Nearby pharmacy is open until midnight). TTC (public transport) is available. Downtown Toronto is only 30 minutes drive. Laundry is available on the 1st floor for all guests. Central heater and air-conditioner in the unit can be controlled by the guest.

Restaurants:

There are few restaurants to try. Mcdonalds (24 hrs), Mandarine, hakka restaurants are very nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Anwarul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
