Luxurious 2-bedroom penthouse suite 120m from the beach and central Torrevieja features elegant amenities with a full kitchen and private balcony available for rent in all seasons. Penthouse Sabina has everything required for a comfortable living experience in Torrevieja. We provide wireless internet, a flat screen TV & external screen facing the master bed, a high-end stereo system with an ipod attachment, a large library of books and DVD's as well as an assortment of guidebooks and brochures. The penthouse comfortably caters for 4 guests or a small family, it consists of 2 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and private access to the large & spacious terrace which consists of a large sofa/divan, sun beds, a table with parasol and 4 chairs, bar table and 4 bar stools and magnificent views.The penthouse features a power tub and separate glass enclosed shower cubicle, chrome heated towel rail, ceramic sink and vanity with adequate storage space in the luxuriously appointed modern bathroom.The air-conditioned lounge/dining room consisting of a dining table that comfortably sits 6 and an 'oasis' breakfast bar with 3 bar stools creating a wonderful space for a large family or group to come together, cook, dine, play games and entertain.The kitchen is equipped with all the basic of home as well as high-end kitchen appliances. The stylish minimal design covers a complete range of all the necessary utilities: induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine and a washing machine.Whether it's to explore Torrevieja with your spouse, family or friends, or business trips, then Penthouse Sabina is a great start of your experience of the spanish city. The penthouse is modern, elegant, quiet and light and accommodates your every need. The perfect place to stay!Our lovely apartment was designed with our hearts for family visits and fashionable weekends.We are very happy to use our home as a holiday rental and hope that you too can benefit from staying in our lovely and comfortable holiday home.

Penthouse Sabina is managed by the owners, myself and my family and we are based in Sweden, however we do our best to look after our guests and our home, we believe it offers a great space at great value in a wonderful holiday location. Un apartamento fantástico, situado en el mismo centro de Torrevieja. Calle peatonal con muchos sitios para tomar algo. Cerca del puerto y paseo, pero todo esto no genera malestar, pues al ser un ático, y con sus instalaciones, se puede descansar muy bien. Las camas de 200x200cm. El dueño y sus gerentes muy amables. La terraza espectacular. Un lugar priviliegiado en Torrevieja.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
