brand new penthouse with sea views in a quiet residential area.

Ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays.

The house has two bedrooms; one double bed and one with single beds.

It also has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath-tub.

The living room is spacious and the kitchen is furnished.

It has a terrace with wonderful sea views.

The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi.

Access to the beach is from the development

A five minute walk is the promenade of Torrox with different restaurants, supermecardos, fishmonger, German bakery ...

Baviera Golf, Aquavelis Water Park and Marina are 15 km.

Nerja is Frigiliana 7 km and 16 km. You can take the bus.

It offers garage parking.

Router with ethernet and unlimited wifi

You can pick up at the airport or train station in Malaga

House rules

No parties or events allowed

It is a lovingly maintained house and we wish it were the same way.
The complex is quiet and those who live there we like to keep it that way. That does not mean you can not be chatting on the terrace at night or that you can not play music, but urbanization is not a place for party animals and anything like that.

Why can't I call Pablo y Gema (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pablo y Gema (the owner) a message.

If Pablo y Gema (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
