Description

121 Montesol is our extremely comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom Bungalow (75 sq mtrs) in Torrox, Spain and is situated on an excellent garden style development of Bungalows and apartments surrounded by well kept lawns and flower beds. Only a forty minute drive from Malaga Airport, under 2 hours from either Granada Airport or Almeria Airport and only a couple of minutes drive from the lovely resort of Nerja. This very spacious Bungalow has a private walled front garden with a pathway leading to the entrance door and a spiral staircase at the front of the property that leads to a large roof terrace (55 sq mtrs). This is suitable for sunbathing with superb views of the Sierra Nevada mountains behind and coastal views to the front. The lounge is very well furnished and has two brand new large settees. There is also a TV with a selection of English channels plus a DVD player with a selection of DVD's to cater for all ages. WiFi us also included. The dining area seats up to 6 adults, there is also a travel highchair for babies . From the lounge there are patio doors leading to a tiled terrace and large communal lawned garden complete with a table and chairs for dining alfresco and patio furniture for realxation. The Bungalow has two large bedrooms, one with a King size bed, the other with two single beds and a fold away camp bed. There are also two travel cots for the little ones. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances including a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is ample FREE parking just a few steps from the Bungalow. (Smoking is not permitted inside the Bungalow but is allowed on both the roof terrace and the patio). Changeover bed sheets will be left for long stays and a welcome pack of essentials will be waiting for your arrival, these items include tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bottled water, toilet roll, washing up liquid and washing powder. End of stay clean is included in the total price. WiFi is also available. Torrox Park's on site facilities include a large communal Swimming Pool just a minutes walk from our bungalow. Torrox Beach is just five minutes away.

The local buses which are easily accessible in Torrox Costa are cheap and will take you almost anywhere. Local taxi's are also reasonably priced.

Dogs are permitted with prior agreement.
Please clean up after your dogs. £20 deduction from deposit if you fail to do so.
Smoking is permitted on Roof Terrace or Patio.
Ashtrays are supplied so please use them. £10 will be deducted from your damage deposit if our caretaker has to clean up cigarette ends after the property has been vacated.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
Please advise of any breakages as soon as possible so that they may be replaced ready for future guests.

“Perfect break”

My husband and I stayed at this superb holiday home for just over 2 weeks. We had such a lovely break in beautiful Torrox. There is everything you need for a perfect stay, the rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake for us!! I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit the Torrox area. Although we hired a car from Malaga airport we didn't use it very much during our stay. We enjoyed the walks up to the stunning pueblo and down to the costa as well as a beautiful coastal walk along to Nerja. Thankyou so much Karen for our wonderful stay at your holiday home.

Un alojamiento limpio , una zona muy tranquila. La casa está muy bien aunque se necesita el coche para ir a cualquier lado.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review. I would agree that a car is a benefit but quite a few previous guests have informed me that there is a very good bus service in Torrox Costa that will take you almost anywhere for just over €1.

Fabulous holiday. The Bungalow is equipped with everything you need, very comfortable indeed. We spent a few days at the beautiful beach of Nerja with its picturesque town only a quick bus ride away. Excellent shopping in Malaga, an overall lovely relaxing break especially sun bathing on the roof terrace.

“Everything you could wish for”

We have been visiting Torrox Park for 10 years now, and this was the best place we have stayed - it ticks all the boxes, and we loved the privacy. The outdoor area was private it was nice to sit out in the garden for an evening, or pop up to the roof terrace for the views. The beds were very comfy everyone slept well, the shower was nicely powerful, and kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of fans supplied to get us through the heatwave! The pool is very close, just a short walk, very clean and peaceful, and the best pool on the park. Going out and about, the information pack and map provided was very useful and everything really is just on your doorstep, Torrox Costa 2 mins drive away with shops and bars or a 20 min walk depending on the heat! You can choose to go along the busy area and main promenade, or go left along Penoncillo where there are some peaceful chriringuitos such as Varadero and Jiminez, boasting great food, reasonable prices and sun beds! The motorway is easy to access and reach other resorts along the coast so cannot fault the location. Herradura beach had an inflatable assault course for adults in the sea, just 10 euros so we went back for more! All in all we had a superb holiday and a great place to call home. Thank you Karen!

“Perfect for all day sunshine.”

This lovely spacious bungalow is in a position that gets a full days sunshine without any shadows cast from neighbouring properties - perfect for a winter break. Nice and quiet in the winter with enough friendly permanent residents to make the urbanisation feel lived in. We chose this area for hiking in the nearby sierras, we also enjoyed easy access to beaches and motorway network for city trips. The bungalow is fully equipped and accurately described by the owners. We have stayed for 2 winter breaks of 3 months in this bungalow and have been extremely happy on both occasions. We are very happy to recommend to anyone else.

Stayed during the last week of October. Weather was in mid-high 20's. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Onsite pool and grounds immaculately maintained. Accommodation was clean and well appointed. 4 of us stayed and was spacious and comfortable. Lovely garden terrace and roof terrace for sunbathing and barbecue meals. A car is needed but lots of good parking and Torrox beach is only a 2 -3 min drive away with lots of free parking. The beach and promenade has lots of facilities and we spent our days there in and out of the beautiful sea. Lots of supermarkets in Torrox costa too. We didn't use on site supermarket but understand it is ideal for everyday essentials. We ate at La Roima onsite restaurant one evening and the food and service was very good. A short drive to Nerja was our favourite place -so beautiful, quaint streets and shops and fabulous restaurants. The Balcony of Europe is well worth a visit!

“Relaxing stay”

The bungalow and location was lovely. It is set with mountains to 3 sides and the sea to the front, a truly beautiful location. The bungalow is very comfortable, with adequate space for 4 people. We self catered a couple of nights and the facilities are more than adequate. We ate breakfast on the terrace enjoying the view. There is a terrace area to the rear which affords the views to the sea, however, the terrace rooftop allows the views to the mountains and the sea, it is magical. The location allows a comfortable walk into Torrox Costa. There is a small supermarket for fresh morning baguettes and a couple of restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended.

We went here for a long weekend as it was recommended. We had never been to mainland Spain before and can honestly say that I loved the place, it is a quite friendly town but also offers plenty to do near by! The bungalow was very clean and the people we booked with were friendly, they answered any of our questions before we went about the area and gave us plenty of advise. We were advised to get a car which I would recommend as it gives you more freedom to look around, can honestly say that driving on the Spanish roads was not that bad at all!! We are looking at booking again next year but for a longer visit this time!!

How do damage deposits work?
