Description

The Villa is situated in a picturesque rural setting with panoramic views over the Loup Valley. The area is tranquil and very private yet close to all amenities. The medieval village of Tourrettes Sur Loup is well served with great Restaurants and wonderful architecture. Locally also is Gourdon, high in the mountains and well worth a visit. Nice, Cannes and the coastal resorts are approximately 30 – 40 minutes away. The Ski Resort of Greolieres Les Neiges is 35 minutes by Car from the Villa and offers great winter skiing in a fully equipped ski environment. There is a public transport service, which runs between Nice and Grasse and passes close by the House, 5 minutes walking. Realistically a car would be necessary.

There are 4 bedrooms, bathroom, 3 WCs, spacious living room, dining room/kitchen and a large balcony/terrace overlooking the pool. The garden, pool and BBQ patio all have panoramic views and generous paved areas for sunbathing and outdoor dining with comfortable cushioned sun loungers and chairs.

Living Rooms: Generous sized room, comfy seating for 7 people, with TV, Sky Satellite, (free to air or bring your card). Video, DVD, Sony PS1, Selection of DVD, video, books available.
Other: Inside dining room, seats 8, child seat and cot available. Dining also on balcony, seats 8.
Linen/towels are available at the rate of 20 euros per person. Maid service available if required at an extra cost.

The extensive grounds are laid out in terraces, each offering something different, BBQ, table-tennis, dining, or just seating/relaxing. The pool terrace is the most extensive and has ample seating/lounging space. The pool is large approx 13m x 4.5m x 1.5m continuous depth, its black lining enables the water to achieve higher, more comfortable temperatures and is located below main house balcony and clearly visible, a pool alarm is provided for children's safety.

“Most memorable holiday in a great villa”

We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in this villa. It is excellently located with plenty room . We holiday annually in cote d'azur and this Villa is the best we have rented. The property is quiet and very private, yet there is loads to do in the general area. We will definitely return here in the near future. It is a gem of a property.

“Beautiful French rustic with peace and quiet”

Loved the location and the position of the house. The pool, terrace and forest surround the Villa all contribute to its privacy. We cooked and eat in the house on a different terrace every night. We watched firefly's while drinking our evening cocktail. We slept all night and lounged at the pool by day. We will be back

How do damage deposits work?
