Trigg Beach Cottage is a fully furnished, self catering cottage with free wi-fi and free Netflix and free off-street parking.

This self-catering beach cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, is tastefully furnished and fully equipped and located just 400 metres to the coastline in one direction and a fabulous bush reserve just 150 metres inland. Excellent facilities walking distance including: cafes, shops, playground/parkland, bike/walking paths and public transport. Four adult bikes, two children's bikes are available free for guests. Recently renovated with jarrah floorboards, stainless steel kitchen and ample, comfortable living areas, providing a coastal theme. Outdoor living is easy with tables, chairs, umbrella and bbq to enjoy the divine WA weather. Perfect for either holiday makers or business travellers looking for self-contained facilities, spotlessly clean, air-conditioned main area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, gas heater, close to the beach, easy access to public transport, and only 15 minutes drive from Perth City and 30 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Ideal for families with playground, park, beach all within walking distance. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach for surfing or safe swimming bays - what more could you want?

Storage is tight in the 2nd bedroom but extensive cupboards for storage in the main bedroom is intended for all the group or family. Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
