Description

The residence Pala Stiddata is set on the outskirts of the tranquil traditional village Trinita D'Agultu. It is located in two building complexes of twenty apartments on the top of a hill. All the apartments are situated in the new part of residence under of the swimming pool. To arrive by swimming pool you have to go up and take the stairs.

From the apartments you can enjoy stunning panoramic view of Trinita D'Agultu as well as the impressive hills of the sardinian mountain. The residence Pala Stiddata is five minutes by car from the white sandy beach of Isola Rossa and ten minutes by car from the long sandy beach of Badesi.

Each apartment comprises a loung-dining area and one comfortable bedroom with double bed. The seating area has a large comfortable double sofa-bed and TV with basic italian channels. The fully equipped kitchen contains kitchen range with the oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine toghether with a full range of dishes what you can need to make a cooking a pleasure. The dining area seats four people around a big table. There is also the bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. All apartments have a large balcony or terrace with stunning view. For a good starts of your breakfast you can enjoy the furnished terrace making it a suntrap, especially in mornings.

Upstairs of the residence is a common outdoor swimming pool divided in two sections, one for the children and the other one for the adults. It is free, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for everybody. The private pool has a large terraced area with a wonderful panoramic view. During the sunny days you can see historical Castelsardo and beautiful beach of Badesi.

There is wifi for free in reception of the residence.

Trinita D'Agultu is a small scenic village located near Isola Rossa at the north side of the island. It is a comune in the province of Sassari only 5 kilometrs far away from the beach - Isola Rossa or Badesi. Trinita has about 2200 permanent inhabitants. The village is approximately 350 meters about sea level. The comunity of Trinita D'Agultu consists Isola Rossa and Costa Paradis

How do damage deposits work?
