The Space

Enjoy the comfort and pleasure of staying in Trinity’s newest luxury vacation home. The house comes fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. With over 2000 square feet of living space spread over three levels along with three separate exterior private decks with spectacular views there is plenty of room for you and your fellow guests to enjoy your stay. All four bedrooms have queen beds with high-quality linens and have been designed with windows to allow panoramic vistas from your bedside. The home has three full bathrooms (one ensuite) designed with custom tile work and granite top vanities. High speed wireless internet is available to guests along with a 51' high definition cable television c/w a surround sound entertainment system. A large custom stone propane fireplace flanked by four garden doors leading to the main exterior deck is a prominent feature in the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with a full range of appliances and utensils to prepare your culinary master piece. Centered in the kitchen is a large granite island with breakfast seating that allows for a gathering area for guests. Dining in the home is also a pleasure as you can sit at the large table and enjoy the amazing roof top views of the historic town surrounded by the harbour and rugged seaside landscape. A propane bbq is situated on the main deck. Fully equipped laundry facilities are available on the lower level for your use.

The home is ideally situated in the historic district of the town of Trinity. Leave your car parked and enjoy minutes walking distance to a range of attractions and amenities including;

•Numerous historic sites and museums

•The Rising Tide theatre including the Trinity Pageant and various dinner theaters and shows

•A number of fine and casual dining restaurant options

•Boat tour companies

•Walking tours and world renowned hiking trails

Also within a short driving distance you can explore movie sets from the recently released “The Grand Seduction”, “The Shipping News” and the unique village setting used in the filming of the historic “Random Passage”.

Numerous other attractions can be found all along the Bonavista Peninsula including; the replica of the “Matthew” ship used by John Cabot; the brand new sealers interpretation center and monument located in Elliston or golfing at the View in Princeton just to name a few.

The area is also renowned for its amazing natural beauty and many attractions. View the majestic icebergs, watch whales playing in the bay, eagles soaring overhead or the enjoy the spectacular rugged ocean coastline.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
