From its cliffside seafront bluff, Commander’s Keep accesses 225 degree panoramic vistas of Trinity Harbour, Skerwink, Lighthouse at Admiral’s Point, & Atlantic Ocean beyond from every room of this newly constructed saltbox home.

Townside, there is the perfect vantage point for viewing all of Trinity from an elevated vantage point!

Gourmet kitchen, open concept, exceptional attention to detail for an unforgettable visit!

Staying here, you are within walking distance of the historic section of the Town of Trinity.

So much to see and do...

One can spend hours browsing a variety of shops with handcrafted gifts and antiques, original paintings and hand-crafted jewellery. One can spend hours I exploring this quaint village which has maintained its ambiance of days gone by.

There are daily walking tours, kayaking adventures, boat tours, and plays at the local Rising Tide Theatre, to say nothing of a variety of top notch restaurants to tempt one’s palette.

Wildlife abounds with whales, dolphins, and sea otters in our waters while bald headed eagles and other birds soar above our cliffs. Moose can even be sited in early morning waking from an overnight sleep in our fields.

Top hiking destinations of North America are situated within view of our deck: Skerwink Trail, Horse Chops, Gun Hill... toname a few.

Puffins can be visited in the wild at their colony where they nest at nearby Elliston.

In spring and early summer, gigantic icebergs can drift along the shoreline off Fort Point and frequently becoming trapped in the rocky bays and inlets that characterize our coastline. In those same areas one can see whales diving and bnreaching as they chase the Capelin, which is their main food source. These are experiences not to be missed!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Catherine & David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
