Description

1930 Desert Villa on 10 acres is a dream property ...5,500 sq ft... 6,600 with all veranda and covered space. This ranch is a Five Star facility and has 7 rooms available. Each space inside and out has a tough of posh and comfort. Quite and private yet close to loads of restaurants, shopping etc... 5 minutes from I-10 so you are close to getting anywhere in town.

Full of beauty and charm, fabulous winding desert walk with art work and seven meditation gardens, labyrinth, greenhouse, trails, fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, 5 bars,gardens, pool ( private & solar heated), verandas, decks, dumb waiter to upper deck, Tepee, full art studio available for guests to create. Pool, veranda and living room seats 100. A private and gated one of a kind property... all custom and comfortable. Tons of personal touches and art work from all over the world, a mini museum.

We have 7 guest rooms available and can take parties up to 13 guests or more. Please see pics for a taste of style and magic of the incredible property! Full gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything for any size group, serving from plastic to fine...serving platters from Mexican pottery to silver, guest refrigerator stocked with condiments, all spices,etc.

The Crystal Room is an elegant guest room with chandelier and custom marble accents, marble bathroom with tall ceilings, walk in closet with vanity, private entrance with bistro table.

The Contessa Room is the original master bedroom and features a huge window looking out into the garden, large bathroom, vanity, exterior entrance to gardens, wall to wall closet space and elegantly decorated. This room has a king bed. We also have a charming room, the Owl's Nest, that has a twin bed that can be attached to the Contessa Room, which is perfect for a couple and child or close relative, or closed off. They share a bath. We can add on bed in that room.

The Loft Bedroom is on the deck and we use this for additional guests in a party, this room shares a bath usually with the crystal room. It has two twin beds, cabinets, closet, and sink. From the beds you can watch the stars or the birds fly.

The Bunkhouse Suite, 3 rooms which include a king size bed and private sink, a sitting area with a full bed that can sleep two quests, a large loft with a California King and cabinetry. The bathroom is marble and slate with built in seat as it is shower only. This area is directly accessible to the veranda has two exterior doors. This suite was designed to be wheel chair accessible. This suite is often occupied by recuperating guests and we can make provisions for special needs.

The Desert Villa is fantastic for photo ops, bird / animal watching, relaxing and recuperating. We also have horses available on site for trail rides or equestrian training. There are so many things to do on the property, many guests find it hard to leave.So many attractions are so close, tons of golf courses,Tuscon Studios, walking distance to National Park( we are on the barrier road next to park,, Mexico 45 minutes away, Bio Sphere, balloon rides.. etc.. etc. We are 5 minutes from I-10 which will take you anywhere in southern Az.We have Wifi and smart TV's with Netflix.Nancy, owner is always available to make your stay an amazing experience!It is the perfect place to have a magical desert vacation!

***Please Note*** To rent the entire ranch per night is $500, that gives you all 7 rooms and sleeps a total of 13 people. For larger parties, we can bring in 2 extra beds set up fee of $20 each and extra guests at $50. A full house requires a $300 one time cleaning fee per week or less..Please inquire about stay, if you have questions concerning rooms or pricing. Rates change for the Gem Show Feb 1st-15th and holidays... the booking fee is $600 per night.. Thank you!

House rules

House rules are pretty simple... All gates have to be closed as we have animals that will eat the gardens.. all trash has to be put in proper containers.. Please keep the desert pristine!
We are always mindful of water and electric usage..also we recycle and compost... We are green and do what we can to preserve the planet... Children have to be supervised, no jumping on furniture, or running in house.No fighting or bad, dangerous behavior.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
