Description

The apartment is situated in a five star holiday resort called Flamingo Country Club (FCC), near Tuzla Lake about twenty minutes drive to Bodrum town in one direction and a fifteen minute drive to Bodrum International Airport in the other direction.

The apartment is on the first floor of a two storey unit in a block of four terraced units. It consists of a master bedroom with attached bathroom and a double bed., a second bedroom with two single beds, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Living area is furnished with a convertible (double bed) sofa. The second bathroom is next to living/dining area. Two balconies to the front over lookig common swimming pool and the lake. there is a very spacious balcony to the rear leading into the living room. There is accaess to the private roof terrace occupying total area of the unit.

1) Full payment is payable immediately for bookings made less than 4 weeks before the start date.

2) A 20% deposit is required for bookings made 6 weeks or more in advance. The booking will be confirmed by

email or letter, with a date for payment of the balance.

3) I addition to the above, a deposit of £250 against damage or loss arising as a result of your occupancy is

required. This deposit is fully refundable, within 3 weeks of the end of your stay, unless there is a

significant damage or breakage. If there is any such damage/breakage, we would prefer to hear from you

and discuss, rather than getting a report from the site.

4) Payments can be made either with cheques or bank transfer .

The kitchen is equipped with full set of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The dining and lounge area is furnished with a very comfortable soa set , a coffee table and entertainment centre.
The apartment is fully airconditioned with units fitted in both bedrooms and the lounge. Aircon units are remote controlled and have heating facility.
The lounge leads to very a spacious private balconey with patio furniture.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled. Main bathroom has a bath, shower and wash hand basin. the second bathroom has a shower cubcle and wash hand basin.
Communal open swimming pool is only about 25 meters from the front door.

Borum town centre is only a 35 min Bus ride where one can enjoy a cosmopolitan atmosphere. There is night life , bars, cafes and restaurants. Very late bus service is available during peak and Mid season.

Getting around

Although there is local bus and public transport is available on the highway to airport and Bodrum a car is recommended. Car hire is available on site with my rep.
