Description

On the east Peloponnesean coast, in the idyllic landscape of the region of Leonidion, 4 km after Tyros and just 2:30 hours from Athens , is built residential complex DIO GUESTHOUSES offering hight quality vacations.

Five fully equipped residences configured to perfectly meet the needs of visitors , both for summer and winter vacations are the ideal destination for rest as much as for tourism.In a distance just 500 meters from the sea and up on a hill, offers a unique panoramic view to the Aegean Sea and Spetses island.

Villa “ Vigla” is a 100 sq. m. villa developed on two floors.

On the ground floor have been developed three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two of them share a bathroom and they communicate with the upper floor with an internal stair and the third one is an independent one (has its own entrance) guest room with its bathroom. The first two bedrooms have one double and two single beds ( that can be unified) respectively and the third (the independent one) has two united single beds that can been used as a double bed as well. All of the rooms in this floor have access to the individual perfect sea view, with wood pergola, furnished garden of the house.

On the upper floor there’ s a fully furnished living room, with fireplace, TV plasma 32 inch, the sitting room and its continuity on the one side there is a comfortable traditional kitchen and a WC and on the other one a private perfect sea view terrace and an external staircase that lead to the private garden of the residence. In the sitting room there are two sofas and the one off them can be used as an extra bed, while there is a second extra bed that comes up from the bottom underneath by using a mechanism that able it to get up and joins the other.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV plasma touch. The house has internet connectivity with ethernet cable and wi-fi in public areas.

The private gardens and the autonomous terraces, give a unique sense of relaxation and privacy to the guests.

There is a swimming pool for the five houses with garden chairs and lounges .

Free parking is available.

How do damage deposits work?
