Description

Pacific Coast is a 1650sq foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with absolutley breathtaking views of the open Pacific ocean and evening sunsets. Pacific Coast showcases West Coast design with large fir beams, 10-15 foot high ceilings, heated slate floors, full gourmet kitchen, cookware and highend appliances. Each bedroom has it's own en suite, one with a oversized slate shower, the second en suite with a two person jetted bath tub and both with heated slate floors throughout. You will enjoy watching the Gray whales on the horizon spout right from the bedroom or living room in spring/summer, or take a front row seat during storm season and watch how the placid summer seas turn to ferocious thundering breakers, as you watch nestled beside the warm gas fire place.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
