Description

Apartment in the residence Elio with pool, jacuzzi, barbecue common use, on the ground floor with sunny terrace, the beach and other bathing facilities reached on a few minutes walk. Great location, quiet and close to all kinds of entertainment.

The Apartment is one of the most beautiful of the house with a great location, 50 m2 on the ground floor, with a large terrace of 15 m2 the stone table and benches, covered with an awning, for escaping the sun during the hottest hours of the day. The living room with dining area a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, a flat-screen TV, kitchenette. The apartment is air-conditioned. A room with double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), the second bedroom with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm) and a pull-out bed. The bathroom with shower. View of the garden. There is free Wi-Fi.

All guests of the residence have free access to the swimming pool, deck chairs, whirlpool, outdoor shower, barbecue, and bicycles. Parking near the house.

In the afternoon between 14:00 and 17:00 and after 22:00 is requested not to make excessive noise, please.

Please use appliances with care. The damage caused will be charged on spot.

No smoking allowed indoors but you can smoke on the terrace.

Near the apartment, there is Luna restaurant very affordable and with a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, main courses and desserts.

Just 300 meters there is the station of a tourist train that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and back.

In the center you can visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommended a walk along the famous Diga Umag.

For the fitness buff on the boardwalk, there is a free outdoor fitness center, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers excellent fish dishes.

Grocery shopping is convenient a few kilometers away at Kaufland or Plodine two supermarkets that are more affordable in the city.

Nearby there are various possibilities leisure: tennis courts, golf 18 holes, riding, water sports, nightlife, various boat trips or bus.

How do damage deposits work?
