Gather your group of 7 to enjoy this perfect setting with family and friends. Located a 2-minute walk from the ocean, this home has been lovingly re-imagined and rejuvenated since being built in 1930. Selective updates, mixed with the intentional preservation of the family home's original charm, results in a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming mix of new and old.

Union Bay is a wonderful all-season destination! In April, the Royal Canadian Forces Snowbirds flight team are in their annual Spring training at the air base. There's also the Herring Run and orca sightings in the bay. Summertime is brimming with festivals, fall hosts the salmon run, and winter months are perfect for skiing at Mt. Washington.
Outdoor recreation includes mountain biking at Cumberland Forest Trails, hiking at Strathcona Park trailhead at Mt. Washington Raven Lodge, and walks around Seal Bay Nature Park a 30-minute drive away.
Beaches in the area include Union Bay Beach (rocky), Air Force Beach (sandy), Kye Bay, Kin Beach, and Comox Lake.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
