The apartment is enjoyed as a family holiday home. It is on two levels on the third (top) floor and is light and airy due to its dual aspect. There are approximately 16 steps with rope hand rail from the entrance door to the first level where the master bedroom and bedroom two are located, both bedrooms leading onto the front veranda. Level two comprises the sitting room and open plan dining area, along with a separate fully equipped kitchen and bedroom three. The sitting room and bedroom three lead onto a sunny south facing veranda. All balconies have chairs and / or chaises longues. Vale do Lobo is a complex of whitewashed villas in the traditional Moorish style with arched windows and doorways, lattice work balconies and low rounded chimneys. The gardens are maintained with care making walking around the resort a pleasure.Excellent amenities include a variety of restaurants and bars (at the Praca - cobbled square near the beach), fabulous spa and hair salon (at the Golf Club), medical centre and supermarket (at entrance). More extensive shopping is a few minutes drive away at Quinta do Lago and Almancil, and there is a lively marina at Vilamoura.

We live in the UK and use a property manager to deal with matters locally for us. Keys for the property are provided through the Vale do Lobo resort and arrangements for these and full guest notes will be provided when the final balance is paid.

“Big apartment 3 bed 3 bath,very spacious.”

Lovely place,eveything you could need.We were not there to much but felt very comfortable,excellant,decor and kitchen first class. Internet good and lovely surroundings.

Ideally located next door to the tennis club facilities and a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants in the square. spacious rooms all with bathrooms. x2 lovely terraces to enjoy at the beginning and end of the day. No pool which wasn't a problem for us.

We spent a very good time in Familia Burton. The apartment was much better than we imagined. The rooms are very large, and the bathrooms also great. The living room is very good with a Sony TV with lots of channels. The kitchen is very well equipped, but the Micro-wave is missing (we took one from our house), and this is the biggest complaint. The number of plates and cutlery is small, but is ok. The balcony is very good and we had wonderfull breakfast in it. The house is very fresh, even without Air conditioning.

How do damage deposits work?
