Luxury 3 bed villa (sleeps 6-8) with Private Heated Pool in the heart of Vale do Lobo.

Situated away from the road with views over the tennis club and it's extensive grounds.

Just renovated, the villa is our second home and therefore very well furnished and fully equipped, not like the usual rental villas!

We have completely re-newed everything from the bathrooms and kitchen, to the beds and Sky TV system

The price includes all the items that are usually extras like heating and air-conditioning, Wifi Internet, travel cot and high chair.

Pool heating to 30 degrees C (85f) is £125 if required.

Please note that if there are more than 6 guests the extra 2 beds make the bedrooms very cosy and suit children better than adults.

Dining table which seats eight. New kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave, tall fridge/freezer etc.

Master Bedroom with twin beds.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds (plus 1 pull out single).

Bedroom 3 with twin beds (plus 1 pull out single).

En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower cubicle with power shower, double basin, bidet and wc.

Second bathroom with shower cubicle with power shower, double basin, bidet and wc.

Separate wc with basin.

Beach towels not included.

There is a terracotta tiled terrace with a heated pool (approx size of pool 24 ft x 12 ft with a depth from 3ft to about 4ft 6in) and loungers (pool heating £125 per week).

There is a covered dining area with a dining table that seats eight.
There is also a brick built-in barbecue.

The terrace leads onto the large lawned area around the tennis courts which is a great safe play area for children as there is no road within at least 100 metres.

There is a private large roof terrace upstairs outside the master bedroom (our sanctuary!).

The access to the villa is level and there are no different levels in the villa except for the master bedroom and bathroom which are upstairs.

Very Good

“Fabulous family holiday”

We stayed at the start of September with my parents and our two toddlers 3 and 16 months and had the best first family holiday. The set up is great as meant mum and dad could escape upstairs when they needed to and we were close to the children. The pool is a great size and depth for the children and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa has everything you need and is close to all you need. We didn't travel too far with two little ones but the market in Loule was great and the beach and Quinta not too far in the car. We all have had a great time and definitely recommend. We hope to be back in Vale do Lobo next year.

Very nice villa. Quiet location with a nice view looking out over the tennis club. The pool and the terrace around the pool was very nice. Great place to enjoy the warm days and eat in the evening. All the rooms were well decorated with all the furniture in excellent condition. Very comfortable, The roof terrace was also a great place to enjoy an evening drink or dinner.

Wonderful villa, very easy to find with convenient shopping nearby (if a bit expensive) cheaper shopping half hour away... Traveled with husband, toddler and parents in law. Perfect bedroom arrangement with almost separate 'wings' for extra privacy. Proper cot at little extra cost ensured good sleeping was had all round!! Location near tennis academy was convenient for lunch. Near beech bars and restaurants for evening outs as well as day bathing. Splash pool had my wary toddler begging for more by the end of the week!! We loved this holiday sooo much and would definitely recommend... We might just co e back!

Lovely villa overlooking tennis courts. All furnishings very comfortable, definitely a home from home with everything there you could possibly need. Would certainly take up recommendation of car hire as while everything is 'walkable' (beach, golf, restaurants etc) it is slightly hilly!! Had a great time just relaxing by pool.
