Description

Villa Alice is a welcoming villa, in a great location in Vale do Lobo, a cul-de-sac surrounded by the nature reserve, offering a tranquil and secure location for your holiday, yet close to all the amenities of the resort and the beach.

The villa is built over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms in total, all ensuite. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa for your comfort.

On the ground floor there is living room with comfy sofas, fireplace, large flat screen TV with a wide range of UK (including SKY & BT Sports) and international channels. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. The living room has sliding patio doors leading to the outdoor covered dining area and sunny seating by the pool. A large kitchen with plenty of natural light and fully equipped with everything you need on your holiday. Downstairs WC and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, air conditioning and sliding doors leading to the terrace and pool area.

On the upper floor, there is master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and has patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with chairs where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning and another twin bedroom with ensuite and access to the same terrace.

Outside you have a terrace with a lovely sunny pool, sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine with parasols for the shade and outside dining area overlooking the pool, with a built-in BBQ off the kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Bruno (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
