Description

A beautiful four bedroom villa located within the popular Vale de Lobo golf and beach resort. The property is well situated for use of the local amenities, being just a 10 minute walk to the beach and Praca and 5 minutes to the well stocked supermarket and medical centre. The 2 championship golf courses of Vale de Lobo are also nearby.

This luxury villa has been built to a very high standard and offers every comfort making it an ideal choice for all year round holidays. The villa is set back from the quiet Cul de Sac in which it is located with parking for several vehicles

The villa enjoys the benefit of air conditioning (included in the rental rate) and under floor heating (supplement required) throughout, is alarmed and has two safety deposit boxes.

This villa is built over two floors.

The ground floor accommodation:

A spacious entrance hall, with a guest cloakroom and utility rooms housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A Large and tastefully furnished living area with comfortable seating, a wood burning fire place, TV with cable TV channels, including UK channels and Sky sports, Stereo, video and CD player. Wireless broadband is available. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people. Two sets of patio doors lead from the living area out to the covered terrace and pool area.

Across the entrance hall at the rear of the property is the spacious, modern fully equipped kitchen, including a TV, American style fridge freezer, duel fuel hob, double oven, microwave, coffee percolator and juicer. There is a central island with seating as well as a table and 6 chairs. Patio doors lead from the bright kitchen to a totally enclosed courtyard, a perfect space for those travelling with young children.

Located on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms:

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with TV with cable channels and en suite bathroom with a separate shower. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace and pool area.

Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with TV with cable channels and en suite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the villa.

The first floor accommodation:

The remaining two bedrooms, both of which can be used as Masters.

Master bedroom one has a super king size bed that can also be set up as twin beds. There is a TV with cable channels and en suite bathroom containing a fabulous self cleaning Jacuzzi bath. Patio doors lead you onto a shared terrace which is furnished to enjoy the superb views down to the pool and garden and golf course beyond.

Master bedroom two has a super king size bed that can also be set up as twin beds. There is a TV with cable channels and the en suite shower room has a walk in 5 headed power shower. Patio doors lead you out to the above shared terrace.

Outside area

The covered terraced is furnished with teak dining furniture. The large pool measuring 12m x6m, can be heated at a supplementary charge. There are 8 sun beds provided along with parasols and there is an outdoor shower area and a brick built barbeque. The garden is well maintained with sloping lawns and mature trees.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
