Former 18th century house with its enclosed garden and its pool / spa located in a magnificent Provencal village. This house has been completely renovated while keeping the old materials of the time, filled with light, quiet, offering very beautiful living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, large central table, gas hob, electric oven, kitchen utensils, dishes, cake pans ..., dishwasher. American saddler / fridge. Bathroom / shower / WC on the same level. For music lovers, a piano is available, you have a 5.1 Sound System - 1000 Watts and a Wifi connection. Large living room upstairs, where you can lounge on the sofa / chaise longue. Television. Three bedrooms / upstairs One with a double bed and its fireplace insert. One with two double beds / through bedroom One with a double bed. Upstairs: Bathroom bath / shower, basin. Separate WC. You will be alone the entrance is private and have access to the whole house facing south. The garden is equipped with several tables, chairs, deckchairs, a barbecue and a Provençal pool, with or without bubbles, of your choice and according to your wishes. The hammock or the four-poster bed offer beautiful, relaxing naps under the majestic Olivier Centenaire. You can park in front of the house, between the two large gates of the property (under the prohibition sign) your place during your stay. Otherwise you have free parking all around the village. Maps, flyers, ideas for outings and restaurants await you in the house. Vallabrègues, the capital of basketwork, is today the only small Gard village located in Provençal land, (it included 450 basket makers out of 1818 inhabitants). Today, every second weekend in August, the basketry festival takes place in Vallabrègues. This magnificent old and authentic village is located in the middle of the triangle of Avignon / Arles / Nimes. Within the village you will find all the amenities (USEFUL mini-market, a small market takes place on Thursday afternoons from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., bakery, artisanal butcher's shop). Pharmacy / post office / two bars / restaurants and two pizzerias. Equestrian center, horse riding, boules / Skate Park / tennis courts / stroll and jogging along the Rhône, fishing, games for children (zip line ..) in front of the lake. And its Basketry Museum, in the center of the village.

House rules

A key box is available to you if you arrive after the hour. Tell me so that I can do the necessary, thank you in advance. The passage of the suitcases is done by the external staircase. The Spa basin has an alarm. The house has a fire extinguisher / to the left of the American fridge. You will have 2 keychains and outdoor lighting box. Animals are accepted but they do not circulate on the floor, they sleep in the kitchen or under the covered terrace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laetitia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
