Description

Beautiful villa, "Los Medanos A " 120m2 villa is located in a quiet residential area just 50 meters from the beach and 200 mts Calera La Playa del Ingles.

The property is arranged on two floors in a secluded plot of about 440 m2 with front and rear garden.

. The first floor features a large kitchen open to living room ( ikea furniture ) from which you can enjoy views of the tropical garden tropical ass. It also has a covered terrace ideal for your meals.

In the rear of the garden there is a small terrace with all you need to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views of Cliff " La Merica " .

The ground floor also has a bright bathroom with shower 140 * 80. On the top floor of the house is a bathroom and three bedrooms.

The first bedroom overlooking the tropical garden and has a terrace . The second and third bedrooms , one double and one single, have a cozy balcony overlooking the Mérica and Teguergenche . It has three single beds ikea 90 * 2.00 and a double bed of 1.60 * 2.00. All firm mattresses are also from Ikea.

In the kitchen you can find: ceramic hob, kettle , coffee maker, espresso machine , mini oven, mixer, blender , pots , pans, cups, plates, egg cup , Tuper ware , wine glasses , table cut , can opener , cutlery and bowl .... etc .

Also you can find towels and linens too. The house also has sun loungers and barbecue.

The house is rented with everything you need for your enjoyment expecting a private parking space at the entrance , barbecue and many more extras to enjoy unforgettable days in Valle Gran Rey . With washing machine .

The house has flat screen 32 "TV , wifi, satellite TV and DTT Astra , games. Cots, safety rails for bed, high chair , baby bath, baby high chair , beach umbrella , beach games for children.

Pets allowed with prior consultation .

At 50 meters you can find very good restaurants, such as "El Baifo", it offers exotic and oriental food, "La Islita", this is a very rich Italian restaurant, "La Gondola Pizzeria" it is next to the beach where make very good salads and fresh fish, shrimp, etc..

At 100 meters you will find the bus stop and approximately 50 meters also have a tourist office where you report all kinds of tours, transport, schedules ... etc.

Also nearby is a rent a car "La Rueda" and a bicycle rental, a supermarket "El Barrio" and boat tours agency called "Excursions Tina", they do cetacean sightings and visits to the Organs La Gomera only be visited by boat. There is also a diving agency.
