The Nayara apartments in Valle Gran Rey on La Gomera in the Canary Isles The development of apartments is located in the beautiful Bay of Valle Gran Rey, on the island of La Gomera, considered by UNESCO as a Natural Reserve. The small town of Valle Gran Rey is a joyfully lively resort and sunny all year round, summer and winter (average 26 ° c). Located at the edge of the sea, is home to a charming port and is populated with cafes, small restaurants, small shops and the beaches there are numerous (nudist beach and non-nude). The building contains 8 apartments. I own the half: the apartments ABCD each of 45m2. Both close to beaches and the center, the apartments are still located in a quiet place at night you can hear the peaceful sound of crickets. Each apartment has a kitchen, a bedroom-living room, a bathroom and a terrace. There is a double bed and a sofa bed per apartment. The estate also has common areas such as a furnished courtyard with tables and chairs and a shaded terrace with barbecue under the palm trees. Thus, the various tenants can meet. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with all the basic equipment for a pleasant stay and will make happy dreams (quality mattresses, cupboards, pans and stove, etc., etc. The apartments are ideal for couples but can also welcome friends or children under 12 years thanks to a sofa bed. However, there is only one room. you should also know that I also have beds and chairs for the little ones but it is . important to tell me that I will take the the colorful place is scented by the flowers and all plants, fruit trees, herbs etc., which are hand raised to tenants by season bananas, mangos , passion fruit, peppers, basil, rosemary, oregano ...

We were very happy with no.1 apartment Nayara. The rooms were a sensible size and comfortable and the view from the balcony was always a good one.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Damian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
