Casa la Pineta is located in San Pietro a Mare, close to the beach of San Pietro. located in the municipality of Valledoria is located in a context of true relaxation. surrounded by greenery with private garden available to the customer with outdoor gazebo. the property is accessed by a private road with private parking. Casa la pineta is located on the lower ground floor with a separate entrance and a small covered terrace. the interiors are well cared for and well arranged. the property comprises entrance hall, masonry kitchen with exposed walls, including kitchen and oven, double sink, dish rack, fridge, freezer. TV. in the kitchen there are two beds. composed of a single bed and a sofa bed. the double bedroom is very cozy and includes a double bed, with dressing room. the bathroom is well cared for with anti-sink bathroom, shower and toilet and washing machine. externally we have a shower with drinkable water at room temperature, with an external corner for breakfast. garden available with gazebo and table with chairs. home the pine forest and a corner of paradise, the rooms remain cool even on the hottest days, and the night rests very well. The restaurant-type bars and shopping centers are within a 5-minute drive. the beach can be reached on foot just 400 meters away. the locality is reachable from Alghero Fertilia, Olbia Costa Smeralda, Porto Torres, it is possible transportation service on request to the aforementioned ports or airports.

How do damage deposits work?
