Description

Large (1250 sq ft) 2 bedroom + den top floor half duplex with a massive sun drenched roof deck. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, BBQ, parking and even 2 bicycles for your use.

Kits Point is easily the best neighbourhood in Vancouver. A unique residential enclave just one block to park/beach in 3 directions, and a short bike ride/walk to Granville Island or Downtown. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, check in and stay a while living like a true Kits local.

There are two private bedrooms, the king room has a small balcony, the second bedroom has a double bed and an additional single mattress tucked underneath it that can be pulled out if required. There is a super comfy sofa bed in the den which is separated from the main living area but does not have a door. There are also skylights in this room, sleep masks are provided. There is ample bedding and pillows for all the beds.

The unit is on the top of a two story duplex, private entrance. You must climb one flight of stairs to get to the front door. Additional interior stairs to reach the roof deck.

This space is ideal for families! You'll find kiddie plates and a folding crib/playpen. The laundry is in the unit. There is a shower and bathtub.

Your next door neighbours include a lovely pair of backyard hens, if you're lucky, they will share some of their fresh eggs with you!

The home is filled with original artwork by celebrated Canadian artists including Gordon Smith, Tak Tanabe, Dana Claxton, Lincoln Clarks, Riopelle (ok that last one is a print) and many more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kim (the owner) a message.

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
