Private 2BR Luxury Guest House in South Granville. Central Location (DT, YVR, UBC). Bedrooms are equipped with QUEEN sized beds (Canadian/US standard) + Air Mattress provided (for reservations with 5+ guests)

Conveniently located by a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, entertainment and shops. Steps from bus stop. Open plan kitchen, living room, and TWO separate bathrooms w/shower. This suite has high ceilings with lots of natural light. The living room is equipped with a TV (with PikTV Cable and NETFLIX access). Free PureFibre Internet 300MBit/s (UP/DOWN). Located 9 mins from DT and 8 min from YVR.

This 750 Sq. ft. Luxury suite is fully AIR CONDITIONED and HEATED, so you can stay cool during the summer months and warm during the winter.

We also have Blazing Fast PureFibre Internet 300! (300Mbit/s DOWN and UP). Perfect for all your streaming as well as work needs.

There suite has its own PRIVATE entrance as well as a balcony. You will have exclusive use of the suite during your stay.

There is ONE HDTV equipped with PikTV via an APPLE TV 4K in the Family room for your viewing pleasure.

TV has NETFLIX access (via PikTV). You can LOGIN to your OWN account during your stay or if you don't have an account, you can sign up for a FREE TRIAL of NETFLIX.

The suite also has a SKYLIGHT with HUNTER DOUGLAS motorized shades, allowing you to control the amount of light that comes in.

The suite includes TWO QUEEN size beds, a full kitchen, two private bathrooms with showers, a dining area, and living room.

There is a dining table, which makes for a convenient work space.

Public Transit (bus) is only a few steps away from the front door and there is frequent service throughout the day. Our home is well situated between Downtown and the Airport and travelling to and from either destination is extremely convenient.

Guest Access:

The guest suite has it's own private entry (via keypad and August Smart Lock App) and is separate from the Main Residence. Feel free to make use of all of the amenities inside during your stay.

Other things to note:

You must accept invite to August Lock. This will provide you with an access code as well as APP access to gain entry into the home.

We do not allow for house parties/events.

No visitors except for registered guests.

The Neighbourhood:

Located in the friendly, safe and quiet neighbourhood of South Granville/Marpole.

Only a 10 minute walk to a variety of food shops, the usual fare (such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway etc) as well as a host of international cuisines worth a look at taste (Korean BBQ, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai etc.).

There are also THREE major super markets within walking distance (Safeway, Save ON Foods and Choices Market) as well many local independent grocery stores.

If you're in the mood to stay indoors and want to relax, you can order food directly to your door through UBER EATS or Skip The Dishes (we can gladly help you with this if you don't know how to use these apps).

As we are centrally located and public transit is only a few steps away; you can very easily travel around town. If you choose to RENT a car, you will have a lot more options on places you can visit around town (There are lots of places to see), which depends on your trip plan.

If you don't want to rent a car during your trip, Vancouver has a lot of car sharing options (Car2go, Evo, Modo and Zipcar)- It means that you are able to rent a car by the minute, hour or days. If you want more information, please ask and we will gladly help.

5 minute drive to Oakridge Centre (shopping mall), 10 minute to Pacific Centre and 11 minutes to Richmond Centre.

Feeling like getting away to the Pub or to watch a movie at a State-of-the-Art movie cinema? Marine Gateway is your place! It's only a 5 minute drive or 9 minute bus ride (the bus stop is right outside the home). At Marine Gateway, you will find Dublin Crossing Pub, Cineplex VIP cinemas, various banks, a super market and a handful of restaurants.

Marine Gateway is not only a bus stop, but it is also connected to the subway system, which will take you directly downtown or into Richmond.

Getting Around:

Located a few steps away from Granville street, which is a major street leading into Downtown or the Airport.

We're located only a 10-15 second walk to the nearest Bus Stop and easily accessible via Bus, SkyTrain, Car Sharing and Taxi.

CAR: We're 8 Minutes away from YVR (Vancouver International Airport). There are numerous Car Rental Agencies located at the Terminal. Hertz, Dollar, Alamo, Thrifty, Enterprise etc. (Most major International brands). Downtown is only 9 minutes away by car and the airport only 8 minutes away from our HOME.

Car Sharing: ZIP Cars are available at YVR. These allow you to HIRE a car by Hoursor DAYS as NEEDED.

Public Transit: The SkyTrain’s Canada Line provides rapid rail service linking YVR to downtown Vancouver and parts of Richmond.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Imran (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
