Our Cozy Vacation suite offers a unique experience for travelers looking to explore and visit beautiful Vancouver like a local.

Our suite is located half a block from Commercial Drive which is one of the most vibrant, eclectic and culturally diverse communities, in Metropolitan Vancouver. It hosts

over 96 bistros, restaurants, delis, cafes and shops. "If you're into organic food, unique boutiques, Italian espresso shops, fresh gelato, old school European delis, poetry, cafe culture, political and environmental activism, alternative lifestyles and a place where you can get a feel for what it might be like to actually live in Vancouver, this is the place (Commercial Drive)."

Commercial Drive is also a fanatstic launching pad for exploring beautiful Vancouver, because of it central location (5 min from downtown) and major city bus transportation routes. It is also voted one of the 10 hippest neighbourhoods in North America.

AMENITIES:

Kitchen does NOT include a STOVE: BUT does INCLUDE Toaster oven, Toaster, Microwave, Bar fridge, Coffee maker, and Electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups/glasses.

We also have a cleaning fee however we try to keep costs down for our guests so we provide the option to leave the suite clean and tidy for the next guests, excluding all linens and laundry, and the cleaning fee will be automatically waived. Otherwise the cleaning service is available if preferred. There is also a standard guest registration which can be completed and returned via email.

Transit system (city bus) is a half a block away...takes 20-25 minutes to arrive at all these hot attractions!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Howie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
