This executive townhouse has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, over-sized fully equipped kitchen, dining area, inside washer and dryer, large living floor with 12' ceilings furnished with unique furniture pieces, west coast art, gas fireplace, electronic leather massage chair, 2 washrooms, 3 private patios including a rooftop patio and private street entrance.

Free underground parking, high speed wireless internet, cable TV at no additional cost. The building offers a swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash courts and sauna.

Linens and towels for 6 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and access to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

Trendy executive living with Vancouver's best restaurants and bars close by (1/2 block), Granville Island Market (ferry/bridge), Yaletown (10min), Vancouver Entertainment district (8min), Davie Street (trendy cafes 8min) and Vancouver's best restaurants and patios (5min walk). Bus to Airport Skytrain across street. Additional services such as chef prepared meals, daily maid service or tours available upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Scotty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
