The pricing for this listing is for 2 bedrooms/3 guests in order to make the property affordable for smaller parties, which constitutes most of our guests.

100 C$ per person, per night will be charged for parties of more than 3.

The 3rd bedroom, which has a queen size bed normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request with an unlocking charge of 100 C$/Night.

For parties of 5 or more, the 3rd bedroom will be unlocked without extra unlocking charge. Queen size air mattress with bedding provided upon request for a charge of 40 $ / night.

Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the unit or the building, including the balcony!

Fully furnished from cutlery to linens; from 2 plasma TVs to high end appliances; utilities, cable, high speed internet.

How do damage deposits work?

If GUNER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
