A nice , garden level two bedroom suite in a very desirable location in North Vancouver. Close to the best hiking/biking Trail.

You can take advantage of the location which is close to the beach as well as the mountain. Very close to shopping centre ( has Safeway, Save on Food and Winners ). our newly renovated suite has everything you need for your stay plus a private laundry.

The kitchen has brand new utensils, cookware, coffee maker , toaster and more. The bedrooms has brand new linen, duvet and pillows.

You will enjoy the view of our beautiful garden and a waterfall from the suite.

“Peaceful lodging while visiting Vancouver”

Owner's reply: Hello Laura, Thanks for the review and detailed explanation about the location and access to some of the tourist attraction nearby our house. You have some great suggestion including adding a screen to the bathroom window which I find it a good idea. The living room rug color is beige and it may look not clean to you but it was washed before you come . The living room window has completely screened and there is no screen for the small window in the small bedroom which we want to keep it closed. We will add another fan for the small bedroom . Why can't I call Fariba (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fariba (the owner) a message.

If Fariba (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
