Outside: A 5 minute drive from the historic center of Vannes, 10 minutes drive from the Gulf of Morbihan, 10 minutes of the first places to swim (Conleau, Moustérian). Enjoy a relaxing moment in one of the most beautiful places preserved from Britain. Located in a quiet wooded residential area on a fenced plot of 700m2. Accommodating up to 7 people this house consists of a large living room, a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms ground floor and a bedroom upstairs. You will find there a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all kitchen equipment needed. You can also enjoy the outdoor terrace, the garden furniture and a barbecue. . A nearby tourist routes you can leisurely explore the Rhuys peninsula close to the old city of Vannes, its walls, flower gardens, its colorful market. Also the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast, Carnac with its beautiful sandy beaches and its menhirs, the town of Auray and St Goustan district, the island of St Cado a gem and so many other landscape without forgetting the excellent pancake that will leave you with unforgettable memories

We have on site a dozen cycling and mountain biking that we offer for the price of 5 euros per day per bike

the household is the responsibility of the tenant, you have on-site all the necessary to make the house in the condition that you found it on arrival but if you do not wish to clean additional charges you will be counted (60 euros). Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are not provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
