French (English below) for visiting Vannes and Brittany South during a weekend or a week's vacation, nothing like a city apartment: you will be at the heart of the old city of Vannes, on the second floor of a former residence, fully renovated, which was owned by the first mayor of the city, between the castle of ermine and the place des Lices 30 metres from the ramparts and gardens and 150 metres from the Marina. Restaurants, walks, shopping are on your doorstep, just like the market. Parking at the foot of the building welcomes your car for the night and if you want to park you during the day, free parking at la Garenne is 150 m. enjoy the animation of the city without the: phonic double-glazing ensures peace and tranquillity in all rooms. Three large rooms plus kitchen and bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom, WC are this apartment of 80 M².

A large bed 160 x 190 in the parental bedroom, two single beds of 90 x 190 in the yellow room on Court are complemented by a bed a place arranged the day sofa in the living room. This configuration allows to accommodate a family of four to five people or to ensure that three colleagues in Congress or travel study, significant independence, provided they agree to share the one bathroom connected to the master bedroom. Each bed is equipped with a mattress pad and a comforter, as well as two pillows per person, all equipped with sous-taies and pillowcases. Normally, the tenants bring their sheets and towels, but we can rent you (sheets only €10 / bed, towels €5 / person).

Finally, a large closet, located on the ground floor, lockable room to store equipment, suitcases, stroller without mount them on the floor.

THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR STAYS MINIMUMS OF ONE WEEK, FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

WIFI 20 mB ENGLISH What is better than city accommodation when visiting Vannes and South Brittany, there are weekends or during holidays? You will feel the heart of the old town, living on the second floor of a 17th century residence, which has been owned by the very first mayor of the town, when the Republic was created. Fully renovated, it is situated between the Château de l'hermine (so called Ermine's Castle) and the Place des lices where the market, typical and colourfull, takes place twice a week, 30 meters from the old city walls and its gardens and 150 metres from the marina. Restaurants, pubs, shops, walks, museums, art galleries, etc, lie within metres.

At night there is free parking on your door step and if you want to leave your car during the day, the free "Parking de la Garenne" is only 150 metres away.

Enjoy the bustle in the streets but don't suffer it when you re home: all the windows have been equipped with soundproofing double-glazing that ensures you the Alles you deserve. The 80 m² flat includes three large rooms, more kitchen, independent toilets and a bathroom adjoined to the main bedroom.

A large 160 x 190 bed in the master bedroom, two twin 90 X 190 beds in the second bedroom at the rear of the flat, and an extra single 90 X 190 bed in the living room will allow a family up to 5 persons to stay.

Normally, visitors are expected to bring their own linen and towels goal we will rent them on demand when necessary---> linen €10 / bed, towels = €5 escalates.

Last detail: has wide locking cupboard situated on the ground floor allows the storage of heavy luggage or pushchair, etc.

Owner's reply: Je suis toujours attentive aux besoins de mes hôtes et dans la mesure de mes possibilités de m'y adapter. Cette année, le mois de juin était très riche en événements : la coupe du monde est venue s'ajouter à la fête de la musique qui a lieu vers le 21 juin. Le centre ville était donc plus bruyant qu'à l'habitude, mais aussi plus vivant : les gens suivaient les matchs dans les bars alentour. Pour offrir à nos hôtes à la fois l'animation propre aux centres villes et leur garantir en même temps la tranquillité, nous avons l'an passé, changé toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement : le double vitrage phonique rend les pièces très confortables tant pour l'isolation que pour le bruit. Depuis que nous avons fait cet aménagement, nos clients sont très satisfaits d'être en plein centre, au coeur de la ville et de son animation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pascale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
