Step into the striking modern interior of this newly built home and feel your stress melt away. The spacious, tastefully designed grand room is home to a beautiful kitchen and dining area as well as a sleek yet comfortable living space - all framed by soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out onto Pike Lake.

The living room’s pair of reclining leather sofas are the perfect place to kick back, relax and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. On chillier days, you can warm up by the gas fireplace while you catch up with your loved ones.

The gourmet kitchen is sure to please even the most discerning chefs, and features updated appliances, granite countertops, and every tool and amenity needed to cook up your favorite recipes. With a breakfast bar set for four and a gorgeous granite dining table that matches the kitchen, there is room for everyone to enjoy family meals!

Up the stairs, you will find a private loft with its own flat-screen TV and cozy sectional couch. This cottage’s lakefront location is hard to beat. Pike Lake is great for boating, kayaking, fishing and canoeing, and it’s right in your backyard! You can bring your own boat to explore the lake and launch from the nearby Park Center before tying it off at your dock in the backyard.

The quaint, secluded village of Vanscoy is known for great hiking as well, so there is no shortage of outdoor activities. A short walk from the home, you can visit Pike Lake Community Hall, where you’ll find a park, visitor information and outdoor skating rink.

Want to head into town? Saskatoon is the largest city in Saskatchewan and is only 20 minutes from the property! On the way, you will pass some great opportunities for golfing, like the Moon Lake Country Club, Dakota Dunes Golf Links, Riverside Country Club and Saskatoon Golf & Country Club.

Downtown, you will find ample opportunities for dining and shopping, as well as community attractions like swimming pools, playgrounds skating rinks and even cross country ski trails. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
