Fully equipped kitchen features elegant quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Living area has Flat screen TV,DVD player, free high speed wireless internet. Everything to make your stay comfortable is included - extra sheets, towels, shampoo, spices, coffee. For your convenience there is a Farm Market/Deli selling fresh local produce and west coast delicacies down stairs - try the candied smoked salmon! Large bedroom with queen sized bed. In suite washer/dryer and free parking.

Golf, Hike, Sight-see, Beach-comb, Fishing it's all readily available from your home base at Latoria Guest Suite.

Situated on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Latoria Guest Suite is perfectly located to take advantage all that the region has to offer. Just moments away from Olympic View Golf Course or a two minute drive to the ocean your choices for recreation are always close at hand.

The building is secure, has ample free parking and is situated in a quiet setting adjacent to the Olympic View golf course.

For added value, we have provided all the little things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We realize that stocking your vacation rental with "basics" can really add up. For this reason, we supply our condo with lots of "extras" that many rentals do not offer. Anything you may have forgotten is easily accessible either at the Red Barn Market or Pure Care pharmacy both situated on the ground floor of this complex.

We also provide the convenience and cost-savings of unlimited local and long-distance telephone calls anywhere in N. America so you can keep in touch with friends and family while you are staying with us.

Free high speed wireless internet is also provided so you can surf the net and check your email without worry.

It is our sincere hope to provide you with an outstanding accommodation at a reasonable price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
