The Tudor Cottage, part of a lovingly restored Edwardian Heritage Estate, is located in the prestigious Rockland neighbourhood of beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, just a five minute drive from the Inner Harbour and close tot he Royal Jubilee Hospital and Government House. Come, stay with us and enjoy our beautiful home and garden, nestled privately in a grove of BC Fir trees on a quiet street.

We offer a spacious king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; and a second bathroom with soaker tub, both just redone! The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two twin beds; a , and the sitting room sofa converts to a double bed. We have the most comfortable beds and top quality linens and towels; full kitchen /dining area with microwave/convection oven and ceramic stove top; washer/dryer and dishwasher; cable TV/DVD/PVR, radios; wireless internet access; gorgeous garden use; off street parking.

Getting around

We are just a few steps to the nearest bus stop and a short walk to very enjoyable sites, including the Lieutenant Governor's residence and gardens (open sunrise to sunset, free), Craigdaroch Castle, the Victoria Art Gallery and Stadacona Park.

Interaction with guest

We are almost always here to greet guests on arrival and show them the property and welcome book. As we live downstairs, we hope our guests will treat us as their neighbours, and knock on our door if they need anything.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
