Description

Freshly renovated suite in Fernwood House. You will enjoy this main floor studio with its nine-foot ceilings, large bright windows, original moldings and built-in cabinetry. There is a brand new large kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom boasts a new tub, vanity and toilet. There is a cozy bed-side fireplace with an electric insert and a grand bay window that faces the tree-lined street. Curl up and read a book, watch the Smart TV or sit at the desk and work. At night enjoy the new Sealy Posturepedic king size bed. Minimum 1 month rental.

Note: we are licensed for Non-Transient Accommodation and minimum stay is one month. Discount available for stays of three months or longer.

• Hillside Mall is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk and offers Thrifty's Foods, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, BC Liquor Store and dozens of other retail shops and restaurants.

• Camosun College is a 15-20 minute walk.

• The University of Victoria is easily reached by bus, bike or car - or a 30 minute walk.

• The Parliament Buildings and main downtown area can be easily reached by walking, bus, bike or car

Why can't I call Neil and Heidi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil and Heidi (the owner) a message.

If Neil and Heidi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
