This elegant, sleek, and serene condo, with its high ceilings, great views, and fabulous location is a tremendous spot for the discerning traveler. Just steps from Chinatown, the 'Walk Score' on this condo is 98! Close to dozens of restaurants and cafes, the Galloping Goose trail, Bastion Square, and a sweet stroll along the inner harbor waterway to the Empress, the location is everything.

A shared rooftop garden in summer, cozy fireplace in winter and fully equipped gourmet kitchen year-round will make for a memorable stay in Victoria. Furnished in elegant leather and metal, with original artwork and post-industrial styling, this gorgeous suite is also equipped with top-end linens, a 42" TV with Netflix and deluxe cable package (including a wide range of music channels), and everything you need to live and entertain in style. We've even put together a little picnic bag for you - outdoor dishes, wine glasses, and a couple of beach towels so you can enjoy your lunch on one of the area's fine beaches. An in-suite laundry, , and a modern, quiet elevator-equipped building mean this urban oasis is as convenient as it stylish.

The building, located at edge of Chinatown, and fronting on the dock of the inner harbour water taxi service, is solidly built in brick and concrete. This space is so convenient, yet removed enough from Victoria's downtown bustle to provide the perfect getaway. Rent a kayak or canoe at your front door to enjoy all that the ocean has to offer, take a short stroll to enjoy any number of sidewalk cafes and eateries, or pick up your groceries in an authentic Asian market. To complete your day, take a glass of wine up to the gorgeous shared rooftop garden and savour the sun as it sets over Victoria's working harbour and the mountains to the West. If you are in town for one of Victoria's fireworks shows, the rooftop offers some of the best seats in town!

How do damage deposits work?
