Located in the heart of downtown Victoria, The Janion Building is a transformed gem. The character defining elements of this building are the prominent waterfront location and restored authentic nineteenth-century look. The heritage value of The Janion Building is valued as a time capsule of its multipurpose use through the years, as a commercial and a hotel building. The transformed Janion building features waterfront super modern micro-loft condos. Restaurants, leisure and entertainments are only within a five-minute walking distance from the building, the Inner Harbour, water front local cafés, and restaurants.

The clean lines and slick look of the interior design of the condo gives this micro-loft a unique feel. The condo features one double murphy bed with portable table; and a double pull out sofa with full size kitchen, full size washer and a dryer. The bright and chic bathroom features a spacious and modern shower glass cabin. The condo comes with a flat screen TV and cable package, wireless internet, and a home phone for local calls. Parking is not included, however there is a municipal parking lot beside the property. Amenities in the building include a gym, kayak storage room, and a loading bay for kayaks. The Janion building features an amazing 360-degree roof top terrace with a panoramic waterfront view, located on the 5th floor of the building with a BBQ and lounging area. The rooftop terrace is overlooking the beautiful Inner Harbour, Pacific Ocean and historic downtown of Victoria, British Columbia.
