More information The house Our house it's just the cozy, but simple and comfortable place you are looking for in Vigo !! Located close to Downtown but in a super quiet area called The Flowers Neiborhood. Rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen, you can also enjoy the balcony of the house. The house is very well connected to the bus and train network. You can even walk to La Punta Beach !! Stay in a beautiful stone house in the city of Vigo but located in a very quiet area! It is a super cozy house and very well connected with the beach and the center of Vigo, but also with the highway or the Train Station. It has a garden in a quiet neighborhood and super near the Mercado de Abastos, the Shopping Center ... you can even go on foot to the Playa de la Punta! Possibility of a garage space to consult Services and common areas They will always have a private bathroom and a kitchen to share, complete with all the services they may need. You can also relax on the terrace that presides over the house. Garden around with its plants and fruit trees: we have an orange tree / lemon tree, a grapefruit, a mandarin, an avocado ... and above all, many succulents and flowers! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Vana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
